Scope of Application
These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of Kingdom Breakthrough Consulting. Is considered as "client" any natural or legal person making with the business Kingdom Breakthrough Consulting an order validated via our online payment platform.
Age limit
Age restrictions apply.
The company Kingdom Breakthrough Consulting only accepts clients over 18 years old (for physical and electronic products) and over 18 years old (for services: consulting, coaching, workshops, seminars, etc.). We do our best to restrict access to our sites, products and services to minors. Even if the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to target a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world. Any subscriber to the newsletter who does not meet these criteria will be immediately deleted from our database as soon as this is brought to our attention.
Order
Any order placed on the Kingdom Breakthrough Consulting site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
Pricing
The prices are indicated in US dollars, excluding taxes and fees for shipping and processing of your order. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be announced at the time of the order
Payments
Payment for an invoice can be made in any of the following manner:
- By electronic funds transfer (EFT), bank details available on all our invoices; or
- By credit/debit card using the payment facility on the Kingdom Breakthrough Consulting website(s); or
- By instant EFT payment on the Kingdom Breakthrough Consulting website(s).
- Clients should not wait for payments to reflect; clients must affect payment and provide a proof of payment to Kingdom Breakthrough Consulting (kingdombreakthroughconsulting@gmail.com) to have their funds allocated in a timely manner.
EFT Payments
- It is the responsibility of the client to verify the banking details of Kingdom Breakthrough Consulting, before proceeding with the payment.
- Once a payment has been made, clients must submit proof of same, clearly stating the invoice number that appears on the invoice.
- Proof of payment should be emailed to kingdombreakthroughconsulting@gmail.com.
Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, including for pre-order products. Where payments are administered through the PayPal platform, any guarantee as to the security of this system is entirely the responsibility of PayPal and cannot be attributed to us.
Cancellations by the Client
Clients wishing to cancel a booking must send a written cancellation notice to kingdombreakthroughconsulting@gmail.com.
Delivery
Where applicable, any physical delivery will be made to the address you specified when placing your order (therefore, pay particular attention to the spelling of the address you enter and especially the postal code). The risks will be your responsibility from the date on
which the ordered products have been paid for and finalized.
Client / Membership Agreement
There are no carry-overs of consulting sessions, should you have forfeited your session within the given date(s) or time(s). We also reserve the right to make changes to booked sessions or our booking calendar, should the need arise.
We expect every individual who makes use of our consulting services to act in accordance with biblical principles, respect the consultant, refrain from evil speaking and maintain overall good etiquette. By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that you will abide
by the spiritual and moral guidelines put forth by us to govern this business. Hence, any attitude or action from a client we deem negative or harmful to the consultant or business, will warrant a possible revoking of access to the consulting relationship.
We reserve the right to cancel your subscription or booking at any time should we deem that the consultant-client relationship is no longer agreeable. In the instance that the consultant-client relationship or any consulting session is cancelled, you will be informed within a reasonable period of time.
